Getting Commercial Support

GraniteDS core team offers developer support subscriptions and experts consulting for all Granite Data Services technologies.

Developer Support

Support plans provide unlimited support incidents and access to our customer support portal, online knowledge base, and FAQs.

The services are proposed through the following service contracts: GraniteDS Unlimited Package. Under this contract, developers have access to unlimited support from Adequate Systems, including:

  • Opening of one named developer user account on Adequate Systems’ web interface.
  • Unlimited number of hours for the identified scope of development and named developer.
  • Support through our web interface.
  • Tickets/files are acknowledged within one working day at the latest.
  • Ticket quality is monitored via email and through our web interface.
  • Notification of ticket closing by email.
  • Remote support through tele-intervention (restricted SSH connections form our premises).

Contract Term: One year contract

Experts Consulting

Consulting services are available to companies that wish to leverage the knowledge and expertise of GraniteDS’s technology experts. We provide client-driven engagements that focus on knowledge transfer, not creating dependencies. Our custom professional services are highly flexible to address specific issues such as onsite troubleshooting and other services tailored to suit your needs.

We also provide packaged professional services covering architectural application review, best practice guidance, migration solutions, and proof of concept.
